It's been instituted a while ago, but the issue just came up again.

In order to have your images be instantly approved, you must have at least a postcount of 5. If you are a new member, and would like an image posted in the gallery, please upload it then shoot me a PM so I can approve it.

If you have any problems, feel free to contact me.
